Pelosi is demanding that Dems fall on their swords and vote for socialized medicine even if means that they will not be re-elected. This is the same kind of leadership that demands the suicide bombers run into a crowd and kill as many enemy as possible. This has moved outside the parameters of democracy and moved into the realm of cults.
